Low fat, long-life cream with superior cooking qualities. It has excellent heat stability, so you can add lemon juice, wine or vinegar and it won’t split. Ideal for sweet and savoury cooking,including sauces and soups. It is awesome for creating low fat dishes without compromising on taste or texture. It is not suitable for whipping.
